Delivery/Shipping: Rainbow Bliss ships all purchases via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We strive to mail all orders within three to five business days of purchase. In some rare instances, orders may take up to 10 business days to process and ship. *Custom orders for jewelry may take longer. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at time of purchase.
Refunds & Returns: Refunds/Returns are only offered if the item purchased is defective or arrives to the buyer damaged. Requests for refunds or return must be emailed to rainbowblissjewelry3@gmail.com and must include a picture of the damaged item. If a refund is approved, it will be offered in the form of store credit. When the same or similar product is available, an exchange will be offered.
Cancellations: When a customer is required to provide a deposit on any item sold by Rainbow Bliss, the deposit is forfeited if a cancellation is requested.
